Responsibilities:  

• Test software and perform analysis to ensure that software products meet design specifications and are within total quality management limits and standards. 
• Develop and apply customized test procedures for the organization’s products.
• Communicate with product developers, project managers, and technical support specialists on software issues.
• Resolve issues and contribute to the business unit/area development. 
• Manage the work efforts of individual contributors with responsibility for hiring, firing, performance appraisals, and pay reviews. 

• QA experience in an ERP environment a must
• Experienced with Rational automation tools
• Create documented test script
• Manage manual testing versus automation
• Must have previous experience working for a software vendor
• Work closely with project managers for work assignments
• Deliver perfect releases and service packs on schedule
• Prior experience working with enterprise based financial software
• Execute operational plan that supports strategic plan
• Manage minimum of six staff members
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
• Accounting knowledge is a plus
• Broad knowledge of the field with strong leadership skills
• Requires six or more years of experience and at least two years of leadership responsibility
