What’s your company’s dress code?
Our dress code for Monday – Thursday is business casual and Friday is casual day.
How often will I get paid?
Each employee gets paid on the 1 st and the 15 th of every month.
Does CGC ever do fun things for their employees?
Yes we do it all including barbeques on the patio to celebrate our wins big and small, catered holiday parties, pot lucks, and fruit-Friday. We also have a monthly celebration where we recognize employees anniversaries, birthdays, and new-hires. In addition, we have an employee and peer recognition program where managers can reward their subordinates and employees can acknowledge each other with "CGC Bucks" for going above and beyond in their efforts. Employees can then cash in their CGC Bucks for great prizes from movie tickets to a variety of company items to Phoenix Coyotes hockey tickets.
How many employees do you have?
We have approximately 80 employees in addition to 8 contractors.
What’s the average tenure of your employees?
Average tenure is approximately 5 years. Some of our employees have been here for more than 20 years.

Does your company offer flexible work hours?
Yes… depending on your position within the company, but most positions offer flexible work hours.
Does your company offer a career path?
Yes. Almost all of the positions within CGC offer upward mobility and a lot of lateral movement between departments.
Do you make it easy for me to carpool?
Yes. We are a part of the Maricopa County Trip Reduction Program. Approximately 43% of our Scottsdale employees are enrolled in this program and either telecommute, ride the bus, or car pool regularly.
Is CGC “green”?
We certainly are! CGC watches their use of electricity, allows for telecommuting under certain circumstances, and recycles on site. Our recycling efforts benefit the Arizona Center for the Blind and the Visually Impaired.
Does CGC give back to the community?
Yes, we do. CGC does everything from water drives and backpack drives to help those at the Phoenix Rescue Mission to preparing food boxes for the Salvation Army to sponsoring a family during the holidays.
Will I receive any training as a new employee?
Yes… you certainly will. We have a full-time trainer on board whose sole purpose is to get you up and running. Understand that our employees are self starters so you’ll be empowered to take initiative in terms of your own learning.
